The harm of high differential pressure of bag filter
The harm of high differential pressure of bag filter
The high differential pressure of the bag has a great influence on the service life of the filter bag of the bag filter. Due to the increase of the differential pressure, the filtering effect of the bag filter is significantly reduced, and the dust content in the flue gas is significantly increased. As far as the first-stage boiler is concerned, when the bag differential pressure is 2000pa, the dust content in the flue gas is generally 7-8mg/Nm³. When the bag filter differential pressure reaches 3000pa, the dust content in the flue gas will reach 10mg/Nm³ or even more. As the differential pressure of the bag filter increases, the phenomenon of “perforation” will occur in severe cases; at the same time, the differential pressure of the bag filter increases, and one of the most direct consequences is that the current of the induced draft fan increases significantly. The increase in electricity consumption is extremely detrimental to economic operation. When the induced draft fan reaches the maximum opening, the bag differential pressure continues to increase. To ensure the negative pressure in the furnace, the air supply must be reduced. The reduction of the air supply will lead to an increase in the loss of incomplete combustion, which will affect the entire boiler. The efficiency also has a certain impact, and in severe cases, it may cause boiler coking.
